black history month
FEBRUARY 25
13% Roundtable
Ralph D. Abernathy Hall, Deshields Auditorium | 7 p.m. | Free | Sign-up required
13% Roundtable is a focused panel discussion exploring the challenges Black Americans have faced from slavery to the present day. This event creates a space for open, honest conversation about systemic barriers, cultural identity, generational trauma, and modern inequalities. Panelists will share personal insights and practical strategies for overcoming these issues, promoting healing, empowerment, and progress within our community. Students are encouraged to listen, engage, and reflect as we discuss not only our history, but the steps we can take to move forward together.
